Refund policy

At Rupasi Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver the best products and shopping experience, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to make the process fair, smooth, and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • You received the wrong size, style, or color.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sarees and clothing that have been used, altered, or washed.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective/damaged).

  • Accessories (jewelry, bindis, blouses, petticoats, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


3. Return & Exchange Window

  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email us at support@rupasifashion.in with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Attach clear images of the product highlighting the issue (if defective/damaged).

  3. Provide a parcel opening (unboxing) video showing:

    • The package from all sides before opening

    • The unsealing process

    • The product received, in a single, unedited video

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back to our warehouse.

  5. After inspection, we will initiate your exchange, refund, or store credit as per your preference.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval & inspection.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI (customers must provide valid details).

  • Store credit, if issued, will be valid for 6 months, non-refundable, and non-transferable.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (wrong/defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return/exchange is due to personal reasons (such as dislike of product, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.


8. Important Notes

  • All returned items must pass our quality check before refund/exchange approval.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or alteration will not be eligible.

  • Refunds/store credits will be processed only against products that meet our return standards.

  • We will not entertain any other return reason beyond the ones clearly stated in this policy.
