1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Duration

Domestic Shipping (India – Regular Sizes): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (India – Custom Sizes): Estimated delivery within 8–14 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all domestic orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders.

A ₹49 advance COD fee is applicable and must be paid at the time of order placement.

In case of failed or refused delivery, this advance amount is non-refundable.

Prepaid Orders:

If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to factors such as:

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Rupasi Fashion is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
