By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our website — https://rupasifashion.in (“Website”) — you (“User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or placing an order.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make purchases on our Website.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login ID, password, etc.) and for all activities conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities.

2. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice.
Typographical or technical errors in pricing or product details may be corrected at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking information.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once the payment or COD confirmation is successful.
In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

A ₹149 non-refundable advance is required for COD orders to confirm the booking and reduce failed deliveries.
In case of failed or refused delivery, this advance amount will not be refunded.
If a paid order (prepaid) fails to deliver or is refused by the customer, the delivery/shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Repeated COD refusals may lead to a ban or restriction on future COD orders from the same customer or address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within the estimated timelines displayed on the product page.
Delivery times vary by location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier service.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only as per our Return & Exchange Policy, applicable for:
- Damaged or defective products, or
- Incorrect items received.
Customers must initiate a return/exchange request within 5 days of delivery by contacting support@rupasifashion.in.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, upon receiving valid details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@rupasifashion.in.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues.
In such cases, a full refund (excluding COD advance, if applicable) will be processed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, designs, and videos — is the exclusive property of Rupasi Fashion and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Rupasi Fashion.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Engage in false representation or impersonation of any entity.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Website or server infrastructure.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure accurate product details, color, texture, or size variations may occur due to lighting or device display differences.
Rupasi Fashion shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access; or
- Losses due to third-party courier errors or events beyond our control.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page, with the revised Effective Date displayed at the top.
Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hooghly, West Bengal.
