  • Winners will be announced within the first 7 days of the following month on Rupasi’s official Instagram page and WhatsApp community.

  1. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible prepaid orders of the month.

  2. The draw will be conducted transparently using an automated random picker tool.

  3. Each winner will receive one 10-gram silver coin, purity 99.9%, worth approximately ₹900–₹1000.

  4. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp / email / call using the details provided in their order.

  5. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, another winner will be chosen.

📦 Prize Dispatch

  • Silver coins will be dispatched via insured courier within 10–15 working days after winner confirmation.

  • Rupasi will bear all shipping charges for the prizes.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
